Need Some Frag Tank Ideas

Hey guys. I want to set up a frag tank so I can grow out some stuff. I was thinking about an AIO but was also thinking of a 10 or 15 gallon Petco tank with a HOB Filter, HOB Skimmer, AI Nano. Would I need anything for flow or would the return from the filter be enough?

So I think I'm going to go with a tank from Advanced Acrylic. 15 gallons with a Radion XR15W Pro for lighting and a Hydor Slim Skim. Going to have them send me what I need for the return and make a media rack. Probably use the new RMS mount that just came out for the light. Should be se up by the time the swap comes around
