Is this a good deal

I finally am ready to sell this setup to somebody and for $650 I think this is a good deal, tell me your opinions.
125 gallon reef ready tank(centerbox double drain& return)(4-5 years old)
ProFlex 4 sump with 9 like-new socks
48" Marineland RR with built in timer. Las than year old latest model.
Mag-12 pump
Custom stand since plumbing is underneath the tank not behind
All plumbing of course
Jebao wp-60

AND POSSIBLY if he's enthusiastic and doesnt try to low ball me when he arrives

48" Aquatic Life 6 bulb T5HO with built in timer for the bulbs and moonlights
(Literally all new bulbs, I took them down when I found out I was going to move and have been using the Marineland light for the last month)
2-2 lil fishies reactors and pump (unknown)

SO as MR peers and New Yorkers am I giving this person a good deal?

Those prices are for new items. Even using new item prices you are asking $305 for a 125 gallon and stand. I don't think it is that great of a deal. A picture of the stand will help though.

All he needs is a skimmer and I have only one, reef octopus POV 2, barely used when I bought it
