can i add an adapter to this faucet for ro unit?

I have an old faucet in the basement, this is what it looks like underneath? Besides removing the faucet do you think I can just add an adapter to it so I can run an ro unit?

If it has threads you can do it on any faucet you just have to find the right adapter for it

Thanks for the quick reply, looking at the picture there does not seem to be any threads unless I have to remove that piece?

their should be an aerator screwed to the end of faucet. if their is you screw it off and screw an adaptor on.
or you can buy a saddle fitting and tap into line under sink.
