JBJ lights burned out Help!!

Hi all,

I can't seem to find anything that addresses this. I'm wondering if I'm one of a very few whose LED power supply has burned out. The white lights basically just shut off yesterday evening. I can order a stock replacement part from JBJ, but they are almost $100. Plus it's mail order, so I'd like to buy something local.

I'm hoping I can use an alternative power supply? I'm by far no electrician, but I did find out that as long as there is enough wattage, it should be ok, but I'm not confident about that and afraid I'll blow out my lights.

Here are the specs:
Input: AC 90~265V 50/60Hz
Output: DC 30~90V DC350mA 31.5W

Happened to me as well one I had that tank. I looked but couldn't find nothing local. So I had to buy the 100 ballast from jbj. Only good part that it has 1 year warranty in case it burns out again

@jcs11236- Thanks. Sorry it happened to you too!

I checked with some lighting companies in the area. They may have options but need to know more specifics about the bulbs, in particular, how many amps they use. Doesn't anyone know this or where I may be able to find it?
