sump for a 55 L

I have a 55 gallon long, I currently have 2 HOB marineland emperor 400. I have a standard wood tank stand, not a lot of room underneath the tank. I want to build/buy a sump that with fit. I also have a hob seaclone 100 protein skimmer I would like to put in the sump, along with my heater. Can anyone help me?
