They say it holds about 6 weeks of food, but it depends on how much you feed, ones a day it probably holds even more. Works best with small pelets.

x2..thats the one I use and it never failed me....Mike it can be programmed for multiple feedings a day and multiple amounts at each feeding...so depending on the type of food, the number of feedings per day and the amount at each feeding will determine how long it can last. Six weeks shouldnt be a problem...just use new batteries...LOL
