Is this the safe magic eraser? I have some grime that I can't get rid of with my regular scraper. These things don't scratch glass do they?

People have used these for a while, and they say with no ill effects on the tank.

I think they are crazy to do it. A razor blade is cheaper and clearly safer!

Magic erasers always fall apart/disintegrate on me when I use them at home (not in my tank!).

no the original is micro fiber no additives. if they are falling apart I think your scrubbing a little too hard. If your using razor blades what about the metals that are are breaking down from the salt its a very small amount but i think that a little micro fiber couldn't be any worse

Honestly, i hear what you're saying......i usedthese for house cleaning as well and they do fall apart.....but light cleaning in the tank is no problem
