How many gph return pump for a frag tank?

I have a frag tank that is 3x2' and 8" deep. Will be using probably a 20 gallon sump and I will probably have about 3' of head. I will be growing only zoas in this frag tank so how many gph return pump would be good for me?

jaebo 3000, should be perfect for you for either low or higher flow. No head pressure gives you between 300 and 800 gph. I think you'll want around the 500gph but depends on bulkhead and pvc size, etc. Think no matter what that is a safe bet for you.
