It covers both salt and freshwater fish. It is a great magazine. It's defiantly worth it.

I like reading magazines that relate to all my hobbies. The 99 cent subscription is meant to increase the amount of subscribers in order to increase their revenue from advertising. Lots of great information come from the research and writing done by these forms of media. Without the subscriptions the hobby will lose lots of valuable and well organized information. I know people will say they can get everything on the internet. Just my opinion it is not as well researched, written and reviewed as published material. In addition lots of information which is circulated through the web originated from published materials.

Even if you only find one article of interest it will be worth the 99 cents. Here is a link to their website with some of the saltwater articles they have published.
