Leds making noise ..

Just picked up an Ocean Revive artic t245 light is nice, works great. But when i turn it off it makes this fizzing/humming kind of sound. It sounds the same as a cable box if you put your ear up close to it but slightly louder. I'm assuming that maybe there is something with the driver? when i unplug it it stops. Maybe it's making that noise because the unit is technically still active since i use the digital timer feature. Either way, it's slightly louder than it should be.

My fans keep running for a few sometimes when lights are off that's why I was asking

yeah i understand, but not hours. The company will replace it for me, i was just wondering if there was another alternative
