2015 CADlight 70 gallons

Hi MR,

Was wondering what are your thoughts on the new Cadlight aquariums.
If anyone has recently purchased a 2015 model, pleas let me know the pros and cons with deals with them.

I haven't received a reply from reefoman so I'll probaby go with a cadlights as well. I know 8pixel had an issue with them when he bought his tank but their tanks look pretty damn good.

Glasscages customer service sucks and issues with sloppy silicone, huge overflows yet people still buy from them.

I can't find an option to buy just the tank though? I guess they make you buy the whole shabang which I personally don't need.

I just started a cadlights 70 gallon. Gotta say I am impressed with the overall built quality of the glass tank. The stand is another story. The stand I have has braces on each side which makes it difficult to get in and out of. I wish it was a wide open and should have built my own. Otherwise love the size of this setup.

N/A, I just want mine more custom since I've been reefing for awhile. I know how much clutter it becomes. I want storage compartments, drawers and a built-in wire organizer. Yup, a lot of things no current stand comes with.

Need space for ATO, dosing containers, food, liquids, fragging tools etc. It just becomes a pain especially in a living room.

Seems very similar to the Red Sea Reefer 250. I would chose Red Sea

I retract my previous statement. your right. I didn't notice they only went 36" with their 70g. I was more interested in the 100g that I missed the dimensions difference!
