Tree lamp (anyone weld?)

Good day,

I bought a tree lamp ahead of time to find out it will make my stand stick out further than I'd like. I need to have a new custom tree lamp built preferred material 1" steel square tube.

Anyone have this done or know where I can get it done at a reasonable price?
