I run 2 Radion PROs at 75% on RMS mounts over my 80g Deep Blue, 18" shallow tank. IMO, 60% is pretty low for a tank that deep. My euphyllia are a few inches under the water line and are thriving and growing. If your lights aren't pros, you're putting out even less. Also, the FIRST thing that jumped out to me was the sandbed vacuuming... I do one thing with my sandbed... I leave it alone at every cost. Even moving a base rock can stir up some nasty detrimental crap! This is just my opinion, but I had a Radion G2 non pro inside the hood of my nanocube 28 hood, 1-2 inches off the surface and I ran it at 40% and everything was happy. Just my experiences
