Apex afs help!!

Long story short i had an Apex AFS, it fell in the water for a second but i ended up having to buy a new one because it stopped working right. New one came in the mail today and i figured it would be plug and play. I plug it in and it showed up as a separate feeder. I then deleted both feeders and plugged in the new feeder which showed up as i expected. Everything seems to be right expect for the fact that it won't feed. The light is a solid green on the back of the feeder and it shows up on fusion but it won't feed. Can someone please help

I was reading on there today. I think it's defective. Sending it back and getting a new one.

when u go to your feeder switch on your apex fusion and slide it from on to off, then wait 5 seconds and then slide it back to on nothing happens?

Haha I leave for vacation on Friday so I prefer to have a new unit and try again, if not then I'll give them a call lol
