Ok so I have this recessed area in my room that's perfect for a 60 cube reef tank. Its about 4 feet long, 3 feet deep and 6 feet tall, and its in between two closets. Only problem that I see is there is a 2 foot long radiator on the back wall, pretty small. We keep our house at about 65 in the winter and it really doesn't turn on that often. I plan on keeping the tank about 6-12 inches away from the radiator. Do you see this being a problem or will it just help heat the tank in the winter? Thanks!!

As long as it doesn't get to hot in the winter you should be fine, you could always keep the tanks heater lower to compensate for it.

??? Leave the heater set to where you want it...if the tank stays warm because of the room heat, the fish tank heater won't even come on... You want the heater left at the desired temp for 'insurance', in case the room is not warm enough.
