Gyre pump

I must be doing something wrong,I took it apart to clean it and now I can't assemble it back to where it should spin.I looked on the Coralvue website but to no avail.Can I see someones driver unit assembled?

The same thing happened to me. I think it was because the motor assembly wasn't put back together correctly. Check out pages 22-23 of the manual: http://www.jlaquatics.com/manuals/maxspect/gyre_user_guide.pdf

I just reassembled mine yesterday, and one side wasn't spinning because the piece on the propeller that the shaft locks into had slipped inside the rubber collar thing and was loose in the propeller...

Be careful putting back the small black O-rings. They can get clipped easily causing it to snap.

One of the paddles got broken somehow so working with one for now.Need to get a replacement.

I'm so frustrated with this.Can someone walk me through the process of putting this back together?The diagrams are not helping.

Look at the video that scoots posted. It walks you through breaking the pump down.
I had one of the inserts strip inside one of the impellers. The shaft would turn but only one side of the gyre would push water. The other side was motionless with a loud grinding noise. This is on a 3 week old Gyre 130.
