Doubled eye Zoa polop?

I just noticed one of my sunnyD's has two eyes and thought it was pretty cool.
Any one ever see this? Is it common?

Ive had that before. I think it will split into 2 polyps eventually.

I don't know if that's common, cause it's happen to my blue agave for like two months and split in to two.
