Hey Everyone,

In my 150 gallon tang I have a yellow tang that seems to be very territorial. Defiantly my fault for putting him first in the tank, but he is bother some fish that are twice his size such as a blue hippo tang and a naso tang (surprised birthday present, may need to sell him eventually). The yellow tang seems to own the whole floor of the the tank, so no fish such as wrasse or tangs are allowed to enter through the crevices. I really like this yellow tang as I purchased him a few months ago and he is fat and healthy. Should I pull him out for a day? I really don't want to redo my rock work as it the best it ever looked lol.

Im slowly thinking the best thing is to trade him for another yellow tang...

It's very common with YT. Try first removing the fish for a few days, as that will take away its feeling like the tank is its own, and will also give the other fish some to settle in. The other option is adding 2 more YT, as that will give it something to fight with.
