Clean up crew for 265 aquarium

What's the proper clean up crew to maintain a 265 gallon aquarium / 125 gallon sump / refugium? How many cleaner shrimps should I have, etc? I am trying my best to keep my system clean and have great water quality for my live stock. Please help.
