how to include a picture in private messages?

can someone out there give me a step by step?.. I just can't figure it out.

On the tool bar of the PM there is one that is label "Insert Picture" when you click on it a window pops up asking you to "Please enter the URL of your picture", so copy and paste the URL into the box and click on the "OK" button and the picture will show in the message.

Or since u have an iphone u can download TAPATALK
Is so easy to use. No need to copy anything. Just send a pic like u would send it in a text.

What if the picture is local on my mac ?

Then you can upload it to either the Photo gallery on MR or upload to one of the photo web hosting sites. From there you then can copy and paste the link.
