There is no way to lift it too heavy, I'd I agine it would vibrate if using a Power tookl like a saw. Structurally I don't think it's a problem, worried out vibration component
You could use a multi tool if cutting with a hand saw is to much. it won't be to harsh you might go through a couple blades if the door is big. They sell cheap ones at harbor freight
Thanks guys, I didn't really think of hand saw. May give it a shot. I think if I added an access panel my aump can fit better than it does maybe be able to use fuge as it was intended. Et now I can't reach it
I tried with an existing stand with a reciprocating saw and regret how it turned out. I have to redo the skin on that side or just make an access panel that goes around the crooked cut. I also cut it on the other side I thought it was going on so it isn't visible so I am not in a hurry.
If I move shortly then I'll finish up the access panel but will decide from there.
