how to deal with bare bottom side of tank??

Hard to research this, how am I supposed to deal with my powerhead making the tank on the opposite side bare bottom?
NOTE: I am using 1 powerhead, a Gyre 150 on the left side of my 265 gal tank and the right side keeps going bare bottom.

I think you can play with either power of the Gyre, or flow direction.

tank is 7 ft long,, its not even full power but I'm afraid lower flow will affect the sps I'm trying to grow. I even went with larger black sand.

Do you have a picture of placement? I will be in the same identical boat as you are in this weekend, mounting mine vertically and will be playing with direction of flow and power for uniform movement and minimal sand disturbance.

I have a hard time posting pics, I have mine 4-6 inches below the water line horizontally. I should try vertically, why not!

didn't you just say a few posts back that you'll be in the same boat as me this weekend? LOL,, please be clearer this is like texting to me and I sometimes don't understand!

I will be in the same boat as I will be installing it vertically, switching flow, making it circulate the tank in both directions moving more water around. So will be adjusting as I will be moving some sand around I am sure.

How it is currently I have no issues, but it's now how I want it setup.
