quarantine size for flame wrasses

I am picking up a pair of flame wrasses. I have a 15 gallon tank 12 x12 x24 I am planning to use for the QT. Is this a suficiant size or should I use my 40 breeder. I have enough sand for the 15. And I do not want to build another top for the 40.

Flame wrasses don't need sand...should be fine in 15g QT ...keep it covered

Also I would treat for internal parasites.
