Lumenarc stealth De retros

does anyone have a problem installing the DE bulbs in the retro reflectors. I have never broke a bulb in 6 years and have already broke 2 new bulbs with this same Lumenarc and i'm pretty disapointed. also what make bulb are you using. i'm using XM 10K's and i was told that there end pins suck..

FWIW I use PFO mini pendants and I lost count of all the bulbs I broke trying to remove them over the past few years

is there one side that's springier than the other? Put the bulb in that side and then into the other side.

man i'm out 140 and have to order another bulb with this shitz,

this may or may not help but try sticking a fat round toothpick in the clamps to hold it open before installing the bulb. i broke a few bulbs before discovering this trick.
