Taxes on mail order!

I order from drsfostersmith.com where i get my dog & fish supplies.

When I was ordering some supply a window showing me what are my taxes going to be.. I thought that was wrong so I call them. Guess what now they charge taxes on
everything even on fish & corals. Wow :supermad: no big orders me. Hurting for new spot.

Just let you guys know whats going on..

Them and Pet Solutions have both started to charge sale tax on orders. That Pet Place, I think, hasn't yet but I'm sure it's coming.

I believe that it's the law... that they must charge tax if they have an actual store (Petco) in your state.

it doesnt matter where the store is located anymore. i was told by drs foster that if they do enough buisines in a state then they are required by law to charge sales tax.

+1 That's what Pet Solutions also too me, and I don't think that they have any store in NY either. This is all very recently. The free ride is coming to an end
