Temp probe/ Apex Issue

So Ive notice that when my tank lights go out on my frag tank, my fans automatically comes on. It had me puzzled for a week until i happen to look at the temp graph on my apex fusion. So everyday when my lights go out, my temp shoots up to 80 degrees which causes my fans to turn on. Can anybody tell me why this is happening?

Also when my lights come on them temp dips down to 75 degrees. wth

What does your heater setup/programming look like?

my heater is set to go on at 77 and off at 78. I don't think it's the heater or probe. The reason why I say that is because my temp is stable through out the day once my lights is on or off. It just spikes up or down at those 2 specific times.

Where do you have your Temp Probe? Sump, DT, other?

Sounds like something else is tied to those sockets (for your lights), or the programming. Do you have other fans that are on while the light's are on?
