chalk basslet dying?

I purchased a chalk basslet yesterday and he has been hiding.
The orange stripe is mostly showing from top to bottom.
It should only be the top.
And the fins on his top side of body is raised up
that is I guess because he is stress out.
All my parameters are good on a 90g reef.
I haven's seen him eat. Should a wait a few days and check him out.
He has been hiding underneath the rocks.

I added a swissguard about two weeks ago. Have seen him briefly twice can only hope hes still alive.
