Sump is "stuck"

Decided I would take a break from house chores and clean my sump. Not that this is more enjoyable but at least I get to touch my tank for a few....

Anyways. Friggin thing is frozen to bottom of stand can't move it, and yes- I drained it before I tried to move it

You can either get a pry bar and try to pry it up little by little, or just rock the top a little bit very easily....

I wouldn't up moving it gently and it freed up. Was worried about petit it with anything. Be my lucky would crack
