Intensity of a vega color over a biocube 29?

What intensity should I run my ai vega color over my biocube 29. How long and what percentage should I run each channel? What do you run yours over your tank? Thanks. I have a few acros and sps and also a clam on the bottom. It's a deresa clam. I'm wondering because I'm trying to limit the amount of algae in the tank.

I ran my whites at a max of 45% on my solana. Lights on at 7 AM and off at 10 PM. I had a 6 hour ramp time. So, lights were at max from 1 pm until 4 pm.

Blues were maxed out at 90% and green/red around 75%.
But it all depends on what you have.

Also, I'd start out at approximate 50% of what I just detailed above and have a slow increase up.

Okay that sounds like a pretty decent time schedule
