Kessil Excellent Support....

When I got back from my vacation last week. I notice one of my 350w kessil was out. I said how can this be. It's not that old. Under 1 year 1/2. I now thought I had to buy another light. So I read a few post about Kessil and gave me the ideal to call them. Sure enough I didn't know how long warrant was for. After talking to them they sent me a new one and I only had to send back my defaulted one. That's pretty good support. Very fast respond from them.

I had the same experience with two A150's that were more than 2 years old. Great CS.

wow im surprised to hear that one went out on you Pat you just got those lights but i guess that it is a good company and they do stand behind their merchandise ,good ending. hey Pat do you want to take a ride to bridgeport one of these days? let me know ill drive.
