Tank Upgrade 60ga Cube

This Saturday will be two weeks since I transferred into the new tank. So far the skimmer is broken in and began to skim well two days ago. The coral and fishes have adjusted well, fingers crossed nothing changes. I was looking at my sump and noticed that the water seems to be a little stagnant. There is no splash is it possible this is true? The return pump is s Tunze rated at 634gph, my pump is pushing the water approximately 48" up. Should I leave it be or go with a stronger pump? I like the flow inside the tank it's strong but does not disturb/irritate the coral. So advise would be appreciated.

I just upgraded my return to a jecod DC-8000 on my 60 cube but I'm also using a manifold and just the simple fact that I can control the amount of flow going into the tank makes it worth it
