I need a piece of 1/2 starboard 72 by 30 anybody no some were locally I can find it long island area I am in commack

Home Depot in NJ started carrying it. I didn't see 72" but I'm sure they have 24/36

There is a store on Delancy st in Manhattan that sells all commercial kitchen supplies, I have seen starboard there, but not sure if they have it in that size. I can't recall the name of the store, it's around Forsyth st, I think. Good luck.
