So I like to sit in front of my 10 gallon and stare at my coral and fish...today I was just doing my normal stare and my Cherub angelfish comes over and starts to twitch at me. The twitching in an s-shape with fins folded to the body is similar to the twitching that clowns make at each during bonding (?). He also flares around at me in between folding his fins and swimming around almost on his side twitching at me.
I am 100% sure it is different from a fish twitching due to having an itchy or trying to rub off a parasite.
It looks like courtship behavior from what I have seen on youtube.
Oh man what if the little guy has fallen in love with me
?! I am wearing red today...so maybe he loves my red sweater. Maybe I should buy a red fish for him to dote on.
I'd love to know anyone's experiences and thoughts about this!
