dosing pump bubble magus problem.

Hi fellow reefers, Recently I purchased a Bubble magus dosing pump and I observed that the pumps #2 and #3, there's air in the line, I followed the instructions step by step and problem continues, I would like to know if this is common with this particular dosing pump or is something that I'm doing wrong, any advise will be appreciate.

If it has a warranty I would take it back to change out the heads. I took mind apart a couple of times and didn't have that issues.

The problem is that I bought it in from amazon.

Could be a few things. What are you using a jug or container. A hard tube in jug or container would work better than soft hose. You might have air escaping in line. Make sure little connectors are push up all the way. You can Manuel hold the button until you bleed the air out of tube lines. Most of time it's suction being lost. Check the tube lines. Take a Picture of the the way you set it up can help.
