Neon nepthea close

My tank is fairly new, however it's going good. Got a small CUC and about 5 corals which are all doing great except the nepthea.
When I just got I have it on a rock 2 hours after it open up. I went to bed, when I woke it was on the sand, I believe the power head blew it off. After that it doesn't open up. 2-3 days now.

What's fairly new to you? Not all corals are going to respond the same. Not all are going to tolerate the same water conditions. I'm pretty sure if you post your water parameters it will help.

The tank is new... I haven't bought my other test kits as yet. I use ro/di water.
Amm 0 nitrite 0 and nitrate is about 5

*your tank is still developing bacterial populations which will help to brake down your nitrate. Given it more time, these bacterial may be able to handle your nitrate load. Gotta give your tank some time to establish. I'm pretty sure someone can shine some more light in this matter. GL with everything

gotcha, I was just curious if It had gotten damaged when it fell or it is just unhappy now since it was doing great before that.

Hi, if he still is attached to the rock you should be fine. Nepthea can be a pain to attach if its loose
