Zoa Frag Station Question

I've never actually fragged zoas so i'm just double checking with you guys. I have a fake rock frag station that has the zoas over grown on it. I'd like to remove the existing frag plugs. Any special skills needed other than cutting the growth between the plug and the rock?

You can "loosen" them by using a rod to push through the back go slow and you may be able to pull some up as well off the base.

Wear gloves and eye protection.
