I believe they are copepods. Keeps the mandarin and wrasse happy.

I think those are shrimps. I get those in a corner in my 120g all the time. I have a pair of Coral banded shrimp and a pair of fire shrimp. I can't say for sure which pair they are from, but the CB shrimp is always guarding the area where they are swimming.
