is kh at 12 good for corals?

i use red sea coral pro and it keeps my kh at 12, i was told that is not a good level for corals. any thoughts?

Normal sea water is about 7dkh and it is recommended to keep reef in the 7-11dkh range. what is your ph? have you any corals in the tank? which test kit are you using?

there have been lots of issues with RSCP salt recently. If you do some poking around on the forums you will see.

More importantly than alk range is consistency,but I would lower the alk as well. I use red sea, I keep my alk around 9

calcium, ph and magnesium work with/effect kh, so post those parameters.
