SWC 120 skimmer HELP!!

Hi guys, my swc 120 skimmer won't turn back on when I unplug it. I have readjust the impeller rubber seals and also noticed one of the black rubber end seal is broken. Can this be what is causing the skimmer not to turn back on?

The rubber part of the impeller always comes off. There's something wrong with the pump itself not the impeller

I've read blowing into the the air intake will help with the restart. I think the issue is with the atman pump.

My Swc 150 used to do that to I would run it in a vinager bath for 2 days and it would be good as new again.

I had the swc180 and they're known for start up problems. I used to stick a zip tie in the pump and it would start right back up. Just be quick to pull it back out as soon as the pump starts back up

Thank you for all the response. I just started again by blowing into the air intake hose. I will definitely give swc a call.
