Anyone heard of or are using aquatic life flow wavemakers

A friend of mine shared this link to me and it looks pretty cool. Something like the sea swirl but only $20. Seems promising but I wonder what the quality and longevity of the motor. Anyone here heard of these or are running them in your tank?

Similar to a sea swirl / except electric motor is in the water / possibly a little more user friendly.
