Same family as green hairy, but slightly different. Bit more valuable being that they are slightly less commonly seen.

I also believe they grow slightly larger

Thanks for the info. I bought it as a hairy it was pure green but since it's been under my Radion t5 combo it's turned flourecent green with purple finger things. The guy who saw it said that it wasn't hairy because of the finger type part

It could very well be the other name as well. I going on what I was told when I purchased a 1" one. A couple years later it spread to 15+. I had to pull out the rocks it was on and use AiptasiaX to kill the rest.
I liked it at first, but then it took over and I had no room for other corals.
