Hey guys, so just posting a quick tip in case some people wondered like i did if the ai prime metal tank mount can hold a hydra
after some DIY mounting bracket, yes it actually can be held up
i forgot the name of the metal i used but it worked out great. only downside is the length of the arm of the tank mount.
i got it mounted to a lagoon 25 from innovative marine
the arm is a few inches away from the center of the tank, but with my bracket i made, i can swivel the light forward to cover the front of the tank
so happy i wnt with this route instead of the whole ext mount and such.
i would say it can hold a hydra 52, evil_demon has the tank mount holding up his hydra 52
