ok..i have a dual overflow and the water was flow great till a couple of weeks..
Problem: The water in one overflow keep fluctuating and affecting the sump and tank level..

How can i correct this problem...

tomorrow i will post pictures of the plumbing

When i have those fluctuation problems i simply close the ball valve a bit and it seems to solve the issue. Give it a try.

Surging overflow problems can also stem from using too much return flow in which the standard 1" drains cannot handle.
This can be a secondary reason if your air holes are not restricted.
A third reason can also be as Pedro stated where the flow does not match the drain size in which you need to restrict the drain pipe to stop the flushing effect.
