AI SOL to AI Hydra 52 upgrade

Hi - I have an working AI SOL with controller that i am thinking to upgrade to AI Hydra 52. What would would be the cost and where to find the replacement parts online? Does it only involve to replace the mainboard? Let me know your comments.
