I have a few frags of expensive zoas that I have growing along with cheaper ones. As usual, the cheaper ones are taking over this rock. How do I remove the invasive cheap zoas that are on the same rock as my expensive ones? Just cut them?

you can do it inside the tank but wouldnt do to many at one time ive done like 30 in one shot but i got about a 140 gallons so i guess thats ok, if you do it outside the tank make sure you put on googles incase they squirt. thats why i prefer in the water maybe u can put water in a bucket and do it like that to.

When I was killing aptasia, I would simply inject a bit of the high pH base solution into the body. It dies pretty quick. The base solution turns white when in comes into contact with seawater, causing the Ca to precipitate out, but does no harm.

I've also removed smaller rocks and pucked them all off with tweezers.
