are these hydroids/help!?!

So i'm in the process of upgrading to a bigger tank, "let the tank cycle , its about time i start transferring my coral and i found these on my glass, are these hydroids ? The tank dosent have a light at the moment. will they hurt my coral? how do i get rid of them? sorry for the bad pics.
