i wanna say that ecotech has amazing customer support. so am in the process of taking of my ati which i love but decided to sell and go to 3 radions on my 125 and 1 that i already have on my 50 cubed and have seen amazing growth. I noticed that 1 of my fans went out so i called them yesterday and left a voicemail and they called me today to tell me that he sent me 2 fans in the mail on them 1 for back up just incase with out even speaking to me i asked him how he knew my address and he said from the voicemail that tells you to leave one and my ecotech online account just gotta say i am impressed and thank you ecotech for a replacement fan.

Definitely good customer service. Had an issue with night mode not holding on my qd controller. Called and had one out to me the next day. Even though it was passed the 1 year warranty. :thrash:
