It's probably Brooklynella on the clown. I don't know how to treat it but the other fish should be fine if they show no signs of sickness at this time. Try not to feed too much man. 30 gal weekly water change is rather expensive..

If it is brooklynella, you'r prolly right about that Dre, it should be treated asap. It can linger in a tank for a while, even without a host. A fresh water dip will offer temporary relief but won't stop it. Have found the formaldehyde most effective, but still hard to shake.
My advice is leave tank fallow for at least 2 mos while you treat the fish in another tank with a round of formaldehyde, followed by hyposalinity
