Which dosing pump?

Well I'm going to be using 2-part on the new tank and was wondering what dosing pump you guys are using and what you'd recommend for my tank.

Figure this is gonna make my life a whole lot easier and keep the levels in the tank just a bit more stable.

Best for your budget and yes, you can dose 2 part with the sp3000, you'll just need to run vinegar through them once in awhile.

If you're looking for a Bday or christmas present, then go for the litermeter III

I use the SP3000 for auto topoff - been running for about 6 months now - love it.

Can you set the flow rate of the one I passed on??

The flow rate is fixed. 0.8gal/hr. But you can vary the amount by turning the pump on for a particular period of time.

If it were me, I'd go litermeterIII. If you can't do that, the aquamedic one is pretty good. I'd get the quad just to have the extra pumps... just in case.

Cali I have a masterflex and it breaks the tubing ALOT which was then sucking the water out of my tank alot I have the innovative doser and LOVE it

well the guy is taking about dosing pumps for lime water which is ALOT more volume than you would pump w/ 2-part dosing...so tube wear etc. isn't much of a problem...mine has run for 6 months straight w/ no sign of wear...and replacement tubing is only $15.

I love the innovativeaquatics refurbished medical pump i have. and i got it for under $100

i went w/ the simplifier although it doesn't look like he has anymore...it was $90 w/ 2 channel hoses + shipping...

i went w/ the simplifier because it was the smallest one he had, the cheaper price was an added bonus!

I agree, I got the 2 pump, now i'm wishing I had the 4.
