Live & Fresh Food!

Just wanted to know what types of live & fresh food everyone is useing, I have lione fish and a frog fish, and were looking for different types of food for them, has any used live bait like killies or other things?
I have been useing guppies and frozen prawns.

Just give him frozen food like krill, silversides, squid etc...........Feeding him fw guppies will eventually kill him.

Try not to feed live fish ,if they have any disease it could transfer over to your fish most LFS have these FW feeder fish shipped over in bags by the 100s .I would try to acclimate them to eat frozen krill and silversides .JMO

I trying to get them off guppies that why I wanted some Ideas they will take prawns when realy hungery

My lionfish is perfectly content with frozen silversides and dried krill.
He is getting fat!

what do you do to get them to eat silver sides do u use a feeding stick?? mine wont even look at them
